Challenge

Bytek came to Merge for a full website redesign and Webflow development. They needed to shift from an agency image to a product-focused brand, clearly explain their AI-powered marketing tools, and generate more qualified leads. The new site also had to appeal to a younger, global audience and modernize their visual style to match updated brand guidelines.

What Merge delivered

Our team has redesigned key pages with clear flows for lead generation and product demos and built a fully responsive Webflow site. During that time, we created initial UI for upcoming features and interactive demos, developed dynamic product demos and animated illustrations with Webflow interactions, and delivered both English and Italian versions with consistent design.

Work process

After going through all the branding materials the client presented, we held a workshop with Bytek to learn more about their business, products, audience, and the look they were going for.

Simple visuals for complex data

Explaining Bytek's advanced tech in a simpler way was a nice challenge. Their products use complex data and AI, which isn't always easy to show. We wanted to make these ideas clear and pleasant to look at without confusing people.

Bytek gave us some starting points for how to show certain features. We took those ideas and created a B2C style that mixed real and quality photos with simple graphics of their software. The final custom graphics help visitors quickly understand what Bytek's products can do for them.

Highlighting client’s products

A big part of our job was helping Bytek show this major change in their business. Their old site talked a lot about their services, like SEO and analytics. But Bytek had grown into a product-based company and was now making its own advanced marketing software using data and AI. So, we designed the site all around Bytek's products, making it very clear what each one does and how it helps customers. The design and words we used were all about teaching visitors how Bytek's tools could solve their marketing and sales problems.

Outcome

Working with Bytek, we launched a new website that shows them as a product-first martech company. The site clearly explains what they offer to marketing and sales pros in different fields. We hit our main targets - the site reflects their new brand, looks modern, and is set up to bring in new customers. The way the site is built, the information it presents, and its design all work together to teach people about Bytek's AI tools.
