Challenge

RapidDev came to Merge with the task of redesigning the website to sell better. The existing site felt outdated, navigation was complicated, and visuals were inconsistent. The team wanted to refresh their look into something cleaner and modern while keeping their core red color. They also wanted to clarify their offerings and support two buying paths: project services and templates.

What Merge delivered

Merge redesigned a multi‑page website in Webflow (homepage, About, Services, Templates, internal pages, etc). We introduced a visual system, a custom logo animation, and a new Thank You page with Calendly integration. We reorganized Webflow classes and optimized performance. The engagement then expanded into marketing materials: a pitch deck, LinkedIn banners, Instagram and TikTok ads, social posts, Google PPC creatives, email templates, and Beehiive template pages.

RapidDev asked for a website that sells better, fixes confusing navigation, and refreshes the style without losing the brand’s red. We framed success around clearer paths for services and templates, stronger differentiation, and assets their team could reuse.

Website and brand refresh

The brand polish emerged while we shaped early homepage concepts. We kept red as the anchor and used it more intentionally as accent blocks, callouts, and CTAs. To balance it, we built calm white‑gray sections so the content is easy to scan.

A little detail in the form of a logo animation

One of the most interesting pieces of this project was the logo animation on the homepage, which began as a small idea inside our concept sketches: if RapidDev is about speed and clarity, the logo should also move with purpose. The animation acts like a quick signature when the page loads, anchoring the red‑accented system and making the brand feel more present without adding copy.

Designing for two audiences

RapidDev sells two things on one website: project delivery and ready‑made templates. The old structure made that split hard to see. We approached the redesign by framing every page around these two routes.

Services and template buyers navigation

On the homepage and in navigation, visitors can choose a services path that leads toward scoping and contact, or a templates path that leads to browsing and purchase. Page content blocks reflect those journeys: benefits and proof for services, feature lists and previews for templates.

Marketing materials in the new style

We created additional landing pages plus a full set of assets: a pitch deck, LinkedIn banners, Instagram and TikTok ads, social posts, Google PPC creatives, email templates, and Beehiive template pages.

For all these assets, we reused the website’s visual system and also delivered reusable components and layout patterns, making it faster for their team to produce future pieces without reinventing design.

In conclusion

Outcome

RapidDev asked for a website and style that would help them sell services and templates more easily. We delivered a multi‑page redesign and Webflow build that clarifies the offer, reduces friction in navigation, and presents a consistent red‑accented system across pages and campaigns. The outcome is a coherent platform and toolkit RapidDev can use to run campaigns faster and guide visitors to the right next step, while keeping the brand clean, familiar, and distinctive online.
